Why Activity Directors choose to become a member of VALSD

Membership provides a connection with other Activity Directors to share ideas about entertainment, caterers, instructors for classes, vendors, service providers and decorating ideas for themed events plus so much more.  This is done through workshops, monthly meetings and online discussion groups.  Members also receive special pricing for the large annual Showcase held each April where many entertainers are previewed in one setting.  Our active season runs October to April although we stay connected year ‘round.  Membership dues are collected October through December.
